On February 18, 2016, the Mayor of Odessa Gennadiy Trukhanov met with a French delegation headed by Ambassador of France in Ukraine, Ms. Isabelle Dumont. The meeting was also attended by representatives of French companies doing their business on the territory of Ukraine.

The sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the fields of tourism, investment, energy efficiency and passenger carriage during the dialogue in Odessa city council.
