Today, on September 14, 2015, the Mayor of Odessa Gennadiy Trukhanov met with representatives of Swedish company, which has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of renewable energy projects. During the meeting the sides discussed the possibility of cooperation in construction of enterprises for the production of energy by waste processing in Odessa.

The Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov stressed when commenting on the results of the meeting that construction of waste processing plant will significantly improve the ecological situation in the region and  further will generate electricity for the city.

Mayor also pointed that the city government worked out a set of measures to attract investors. These measures are already yielding results - foreign businessmen are willing to invest in the development of Odessa.
