Odessa became the first city in Ukraine, where was launched the project on improving administrative services

On June 29, 2015, in Odessa was signed a four-way Memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of improving the system of administrative services. The memorandum was signed by Minister of Justice Pavel Petrenko, chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili, Mayor of Odessa Gennadiy Trukhanov, director of the international charity organization "Fund of Eastern Europe" Victor Lyakh.

As Pavel Petrenko noted, the Ministry of Justice for the first time in the history of independent Ukraine, renounced some powers, giving them to local authorities.

In Odessa opened the first in Ukraine the most technical and professional administrative service Center. It will be the model that should work across the country.
