On June 19, 2015, in the office of the deputy mayor of Odessa Zinaida Tsvirinko was held the meeting of the vice-mayor with representatives of the French Embassy in Ukraine and the center of the international public organization "Alliance Française" in Odessa.

From the foreign delegation’s side the meeting was attended by Advisor for Culture and Cooperation of the French Embassy in Ukraine, the director of the French Institute in Ukraine Eric Tosatti; Acting Director of the "Alliance Française" in Odessa Cedric Gras; ex-director of "Alliance Française" in Odessa Sylvain Bano, an employee of the French Embassy in Ukraine Frederick Andre.
The meeting was also attended by Director of the Department of International Relations of the Odessa City Council Svetlana Boieva.
During the visit were discussed the issues of humanitarian, technical and cultural cooperation with Odessa and was introduced the new Acting Director of the "Alliance Française" in Odessa.
