Another one Israeli delegation has visited Odessa

Representatives of the municipality of the Israeli city Nes-Ziona got acquainted with the sights and experience of Odessa

On August 8, 2018 representatives of the municipality of the Israeli city Nes-Ziona visited Odessa City Council to learn about the experience of self-government in Odessa.

The visit of delegation took place within the framework of the trade-union organization project of Israel aimed at exchange of experience between representatives of municipalities.

"Odessa has much to learn from Israel in issues of cities’ development, but Odessa also has something to show and share the experience of promoting projects. Odessa constantly creates new projects, gathering guests from all over the world. We actively cooperate with sister cities. We hope that the symbol of Odessa "Anchor Heart" will be installed as a sign of our friendship and cooperation in Haifa, "said the Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Odessa City Council Tatyana Markova during the meeting with the Israeli guests.
Participants of the meeting were also introduced the investment potential of Odessa.

The program of the delegation’s visit includes tour by Odessa catacombs, Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater and excursion by "Jewish Odessa".
