The XVI International Festival of Children's and Youth Creativity "Constellation of the Sea - Sun, Youth, Beauty" was held in the city of Piran (Slovenia).
Creative collectives from Ukraine, Slovenia, Israel and Poland took part in the competition.
Odessa was represented at the festival by the collective "Surprise" (Odessa House of Children and Youth Creativity "Dominanta"). The senior group of the ensemble took part in the competition (from 11 to 16 years).
Performances were held in the old Piran theater "Tartini"
By decision of the jury, the collective "Surprise" was recognized as the winner in the categories:
- "Modern choreography";
- "Variety Choreography".

Diplomas and cups were given to the winners by the Mayor of Piran Peter Bossman.

The XVI International Children's and Youth Creativity Festival "Constellation of the Sea - Sun, Youth, Beauty" was held under the patronage of the mayoralties of cities: Piran (Slovenia), Liptovský Mikuláš (Slovakia), XVI district of Budapest (Hungary), Odessa (Ukraine), as well as the National All-Ukrainian Music Union and National Art Academy (Kiev).
