Servicemen who will be dismissed in the coming year and former servicemen who had served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the last three years became the listeners of courses. Some of the listeners are officers who left the ranks of the Armed Forces 10 years ago, and then were mobilized in the ATO.
Since 2000, NATO has been supporting Ukraine in implementing the Retraining Program for former military personnel who seek to increase their chances of finding a job in the civilian sphere.
The NATO Office for Economic Affairs of Security and Defense launched a language training program in Ukraine aimed at assisting former military personnel or those that will soon be dismissed in 1999.
The purpose of the Program is to support Ukraine in matters of social adaptation of military personnel.
Nowadays, about 10.000 ex-servicemen were trained by the NATO Retraining Program.
