The first stage of the Greek Park is planned to be finished and opened for the birthday of Odessa.
On March 2, 2018, the Mayor of Odessa Gennadiy Trukhanov has visited the sculptural workshop of Mikhail Reva.
At the moment, Odessa sculptor is completing the work on creation of a full-scale master-model of the fountain sculpture, in which, as Mikhail Reva noted, he tried to combine the classical canons with modern forms.
As the mayor noted, the future Greek park is a combination of Greek culture, Odessa traditions and modern elements of beautification. The works on improvement of the Greek park go according to the schedule, the slopes are strengthened; it has been almost built one of the stairs leading from Primorsky Boulevard to the upper terrace of the park; the elevator shaft is being equipped.

"By agreement with the Greek Ministry of Culture, in the park will be installed Greek sculptures, will be opened a museum of Greek culture, will be planted additional green spaces, and will be organized places of active and cultural rest. Here, everyone will find a pastime by his own interest. And, of course, the area around this beautiful fountain will be the central place for recreation, "said Gennadiy Trukhanov.
