The winner of the sixth season of the talent show X-factor, Odessite MÉLOVIN (Konstantin Bocharov) received the majority of the jury and spectators’ votes in the national selection for participation in the Eurovision Song Contest-2018.

Since childhood Konstantin has been studying music and writing songs. Several times he took part in castings for participation in TV projects and achieved the victory in the sixth season of the talent show "X-Factor".
In September 2015 he entered the Kiev Institute of Music named after Gliere. He practices in directing and design. The artist makes tours around Ukraine, presenting his songs.

In 2017, he participated in the national selection for Eurovision, where he took the third place, although he received the largest number of spectators' votes. All the year Konstantin has been preparing for the contest and his efforts were crowned with success - this year the jury gave the victory to Odessa singer.

MELOVIN received from the jury 5 points out of 6 possible for the song "Under the Ladder" and in May of this year will represent Ukraine at the international song contest "Eurovision-2018" in the Portuguese capital - Lisbon.
